CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (THE DAILY PROGRESS) – A UVA alum who claims she was sexually assaulted and accuses the University’s Title IX office of dragging its investigative feet maintains her claims, though the Charlottesville federal court has thrown out her lawsuit. The student, identified in documents only as Jane Doe, wrote The Daily Progress that she wants prospective parents and students to know they are sending their daughters to an institution that allows professors to groom and abuse them… and will “brutally punish them for seeking justice”.

The full article outlining her investigation claim after her April 2023 suit was dismissed as a judge said it failed to meet “key standards required by law” is linked here.
