Tawne on the JOB

Tawne on the J-O-B

Tawne on the J-O-B: 10a-3p

Navy brat by birth, radio nerd by destiny. Tawne grew up with Casey Kasem on Armed Forces Radio, which explains both the voice and the questionable music opinions. Life has bounced her from Spain to Japan to New Zealand, then back stateside through the Outer Banks and the Northern Neck before she finally landed in Charlottesville… after discovering kayaking in Nelson County and deciding that was non-negotiable.

When she’s not on the air, Tawne can usually be found around motorcycles, a pool table, or a snack stash that would concern a nutritionist. She rides Harleys, plays pool like she means it, and is fully owned by her cats, who run a very tight operation.
