Adult dogs and cats are often looked over in animals shelters. Veterans, are, unfortunately, looked over too often. Combine the two and you’ve got an awesome thing from the CASPCA. We call it Pets for Vets, but the offerings from owning a pet are real and can really help someone getting reacclimated to civilian life.
