STANARDSVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A Greene County grand jury has indicted a former Ruckersville pastor who led a youth Bible study on three additional child sex charges. A grand jury Monday has added abduction with intent to defile and two counts of aggravated sexual battery by force of a 13- or 14-year old to six counts already charged in March to 47-year old Rodney Martin Locklear. The initial six charges are from incidents over the course of 2023, and these new charges are from incidents in May of 2023. Locklear had been a pastor at Victory Church in Ruckersville for six years, and at Abundant Life Church prior. He is currently free on $20,000 secured bond, and is on home incarceration.
