CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Dayton James Webber, the professional cornhole player and quadruple amputee who faces murder charges in Maryland, waived his right to an extradition hearing on Thursday in Albemarle County District Court, opening the way for him to be extradited to Maryland, according to court records.

Webber, 27, is accused of shooting and killing Bradrick Michael Wells, also 27, during an argument in Webber’s car in La Plata, MD, according to a release from the Charles County (Md.) Sheriff’s Office.

Webber was scheduled to attend a bond hearing on Friday. On Thursday, he agreed to extradition, according to court records. It’s not yet know when he will arrive in Maryland.
