CPD investigating shots fired on West Main

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Charlottesville Police responded to a report of shots fired around 5:13 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of West Main Street, according to a release from the University of Virginia Police Department.

Officers arrived and began a search and located casings in the area.  No one was reported injured.

There is no suspect description, and anyone with information is urged to call Charlottesville Police at 434-970-3280.
