CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – It was U-V-A instead of a 3-2-1 countdown as about two-dozen community and UVA leaders, including CavMan and UVA cheerleaders, cut the ribbon Thursday morning on a new Hoos’ memorabilia store at Barracks Road Shopping Center. The store called Alumni Hall is a couple of doors down from the Kroger, and the president of the small chain based in Knoxville, TN Jeff Goodfriend says they’d been looking to come Charlottesville for a while.

He says the pieces fell together as far as rent, timing, and location in a spot they really love at Barracks. Goodfriend says they have everything a UVA fan would want whether they want to spend $20 or $200.
