CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) — The CAAR Foundation has awarded $10,000 to the Albemarle Housing Improvement Program (AHIP), a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential repairs and home rehabilitation services to homeowners in need. This funding will enable AHIP to continue their vital work, ensuring that families in our community can remain in their homes and live safely and comfortably.

“We believe that everyone deserves a safe and secure home,” said Greg Slater, Chair of the CAAR Foundation. “This grant not only supports essential repairs for families but also strengthens our community. We are excited to partner with AHIP in this mission.”

AHIP helps local homeowners facing financial hardships by providing repairs and rehabilitation services. The funds from the CAAR Foundation will allow more families to benefit.
