Charlottesville, Va (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Bryan Silva, the Charlottesville web personality who shot to fame with the infamous “Gratata” video, is behind bars once again, this time for allegedly sending nude photos to a probation officer.

Silva, 34, was already in jail for a suspected probation violation when he allegedly used a jailhouse messaging service to threaten a senior probation officer. In his first alleged message, Silva said he would have her killed and watch and laugh as it happened.

A week later he’s accused of telling the officer that he will move in and marry her to make sure she has one or more of his babies. He also sent graphic sexual content.

Silva’s messages allegedly came after he was released from jail in October after a prior round of alleged probation violations. The officer reported them in late November.

Details on the messages and charges are found in the Daily Progress article here.
