Albemarle Police Investigating Early Sunday Morning 7-11 Robbery

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – Albemarle County Police are investigating an early Sunday morning armed robbery of the 7-11 on Seminole Trail at Greenbrier Drive. Officers were dispatched around 4:45am to the store in the 1200 block of Seminole Trail after a black male in his 20s entered the store with a firearm demanding cash. He left in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and a black face mask. No surveillance images were available as of Sunday afternoon, but police expect to distribute images when they get them.
