Woman is behind bars on narcotics charges

(STANARDSVILLE – WINA)   A Fluvanna County woman was arrested Friday in Ruckersville on narcotics charges.  43-year-old Barbie Ann Gardner of Palmyra is accused of distributing heroin and methamphetamine.

Gardner also faces a distribution of heroin charge in Greene County.   She is being held at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.
