UVA Police have charged a West Virginia man in connection with bomb threats Wednesday involving two buildings at the University. 59-year-old Thomas Ray Morgan (pictured) of Brenton, West Virginia is charged with one count of making a bomb threat. UVA Police say the arrest follows the evacuations of a building at the Fontaine Research Park and part of the West Complex at the UVA Health System. No devices were found. Morgan was taken into custody without incident by West Virginia State Police at around 9 p.m. Wednesday. He’s being held at the Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, West Virginia.
