Six-Year-Old Girl Dead In Albemarle Crash

A fatal crash Monday night at the intersection of Proffit Road and Stony Point Road. County Police say a driver identified as 32-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Flores (pictured) hit another car. Six-year-old Chloe Leong of Charlottesville died after the accident.

Others were taken to UVA Hospital in either critical or stable condition. Jose Rodriguez-Flores is charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. The accident happened just after 7:30 p.m. Monday.
