A Schuyler man is behind bars after being charged with possession of child pornography. Nelson County Sheriff David Brooks says 62-year-old David Louis Volpe (picture courtesy of the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office) has been charged with possession of obscene material with minor and the possession of child pornography.

Volpe was also charged Friday with aggravated sexual battery against a minor. All of the charges he’s facing are felonies. Volpe is being held without bond at the Regional Jail.
