Plaintiffs: Elliott Kline had not one but two undisclosed cell phone numbers

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WIMA) – Elliot Kline could face a bleak future in Charlottesville federal court now that legal counsel for the plaintiffs in Sines v. Kessler have discovered a second undisclosed phone number.

In a supplemental brief filed last Friday, plaintiffs’ counsel noted multiple acts of contempt by the man who took over the planning of Unite the Right. In addition to an earlier undisclosed telephone number and email account, both of which Kline has vehemently denied using under oath, they called attention to a second undisclosed telephone number. They also point out that the account had been suspended despite Kline being under order to disclose and hand over data.

U.S. District Judge Norman Moon stated in a ruling last month that he was considering a criminal contempt charge over Kline’s continued failure to comply with directives and turn over evidence.
