Orange County Sheriff’s Office News Release:
Over the course of the last several months, deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in cooperation with the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Office of the Orange County Commonwealth’s Attorney concluded numerous parallel investigations into drug distribution and property crimes related to drug distribution in Orange County. These efforts have largely targeted the ongoing heroin and opiate epidemic that has plagued Central Virginia.
The following individuals were indicted in Orange County Circuit Court:
Kenneth Richardson of Orange, age 34: Four counts of distributing a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance, two counts of possessing a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance and one count of possession of Marijuana
Christopher Sprouse of Ruckersville, age 33: Four counts of distributing a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance, one count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance and one count of distributing an imitation controlled substance
Ashley Morris of Standardsville, age 27: One count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance
Jamie Foster of Madison, age 38: One count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance
David Eller of Orange County, age 46: One count of possessing with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance, one count of possessing a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance
Frederick Anton Klecar of Unionville, age 20: One count of larceny of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Gary Wentz of Madison, age 41: Two counts of attempting to deliver drugs to the jail, one count of possessing with intent to distribute a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance
Dean Austin Geedy of Spotsylvania, age 25: Two counts of possessing stolen property with the intent to sell
Marquis Khalil Maddox of Orange, age 22: One count of possessing stolen property
Andre Parker of Ruckersville, age 24: One count of possession of more than ½ ounce but less than five pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute
