(LOUISA – WINA)   The Louisa County Sheriff’s Office has now identified a woman whose body was discovered last Friday morning.   Detectives say 40-year-old Dawn Marie Meade, who’s originally from Connecticut, was found on Firehouse Drive in Louisa.   That’s near the rear gate of the Blue Ridge Shores subdivision.

The sheriff’s office announced late last week that 30-year-old Gregory P. Veres has been charged with second-degree murder.   Veres is being held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail in Orange.
