Louisa Man Dies In Culpeper Shooting

Police in the Town of Culpeper are investigating the weekend shooting death of a Louisa County man. Investigators say 37-year-old Joe Cannon Pullen of Bumpass died around 3 a.m. Sunday in the Jeffries Alley area of Culpeper.
