The Lockn’ Music Festival 2014 is underway and drivers will be part of the crowd. Motorists using Route 29 in Nelson County and other roads in the Lovingston area are urged to remain alert to possible traffic backups through Sunday. Festival organizers have acquired additional land for parking this year, and they say that will help with traffic flow in the vicinity.
