Former governor and U.S. Senator George Allen is endorsing Marco Rubio for president. Allen (pictured) says he’s worked with virtually all the Republican candidates, and he says Rubio “has advanced the best ideas and reforms of our tax, regulatory, education and energy policies to improve opportunities for all Americans to catch their dreams.”

Allen says Rubio does that with poise, respect, and a genuine appreciation for freedom. He says Rubio is the strongest leader, effectively articulating an uplifting vision for America’s future.

Another top Virginia Republican, former attorney general Ken Cuccinelli, is endorsing Ted Cruz.
