Deadly Drive-By Shooting In Lynchburg

One man is dead and three other people have been injured following after a “drive by” shooting in Lynchburg. Police say someone fired shots from a dark colored car at around 2 a.m. Sunday, and then fled the scene.

21-year-old Shawn Johnson, Jr., died after a gunshot wound in his stomach. A 30-year-old man who survived the incident is in critical condition, and a man and woman in their 20’s have been treated for non-life threatening injuries. There have been no arrests.
