You can expect more traffic delays this week along the 250 Bypass in the city. Crews will begin installing water lines at 9 a.m. Monday, and that will affect eastbound drivers who use a ramp to reach Park Street. Every day through Friday, weather permitting, the ramp will have brief shutdowns between 9 a.m and 4 p.m. There will be detour signs near the Park Street ramp.
