City Police Investigate Rash Of Car Break-ins

City Police want to know who’s responsible for Thursday night car break-ins on Westwood Road and areas near the University of Virginia. One car that was parked on Westwood Road was stolen, and a purse was taken from one car. The stolen car was recovered later in Albemarle County. Police say some vehicles were unlocked, and the side windows of locked cars were smashed
