(LOUISA – WINA)  There’s been another fatal accident in Louisa County.  State Police Sergeant Steve Vick says 55-year-old Kimberly White of Mineral died after her Kubota RTV overturned shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 600-block of Apple Grove Road.

Vick says the vehicle overturned, and White died at the scene.  Investigators have determined speed should be being considered as a factor.  White was not wearing a helmet.
