A longtime member of the Albemarle School Board is looking for guarantees that area teenagers will get effective driver education.  Steve Koleszar (pictured) believes county high school students need constant reminders about highway safety.  Koleszar says the teenaged niece of his daughter-in-law was a recent highway fatality.
