UVA defeats Georgia Tech 64-48

(ATLANTA, GA-WINA)  The University of Virginia Men’s Basketball team won its 9th straight game claiming a double digit victory Thursday night over Georgia Tech in Atlanta.  The Cavaliers started slow, but began to take control late in the first half capitalizing on their stellar defense yet again.  UVA held Georgia Tech to 40% shooting and forced 18 turnovers.  Offensively the Cavaliers were led by De’Andre Hunter with 17 points, and Ty Jerome contributed 12 and Kyle Guy poured in 11.  Listen to Head Coach Tony Bennett’s reaction with Jimmy Miller below:
