For the second time this week, there’s been a fatal accident on Route 20 in Orange County. State Police say 22-year-old Devin Michael Nelson died at the scene following a Wednesday collision on Route 20 near Flat Run Road. Nelson’s car hit a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Eunice Waller. Both drivers are from the Locust Grove community in Orange.
Waller survived the crash and was taken to a Fredericksburg hospital. Nelson’s death happened one day after 33-year-old Michael Levi Pritchett was killed Tuesday on Route 20 near Dolley Madison Road.
