Tastes & Tunes – Valley Children’s Advocacy Center

    June 13, 2026 - 11:00 am - 4:00 pm at Red August Farm
    1171 Hermitage Road

The Staunton‑Augusta Junior Woman’s Club is hosting Tastes & Tunes, a community fundraiser to benefit the Valley Children’s Advocacy Center.

It’s happening Saturday, June 13th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Red August Farm in beautiful Staunton, right in the heart of Augusta County.

This family-friendly afternoon will bring the community together for live local music, great food, drinks, and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere on the farm. It’s the kind of event where you can spread out a lawn chair, enjoy the mountain views, and spend a summer afternoon listening to music while supporting an important cause.

And that cause is the Valley Children’s Advocacy Center, an organization that works closely with law enforcement, social services, and medical professionals to support children and families impacted by abuse. Their mission is to make sure kids receive compassionate care, advocacy, and the resources they need during incredibly difficult situations.

Events like Tastes & Tunes help raise both awareness and funding so the center can continue providing those critical services to families across the Shenandoah Valley.

So if you’re looking for a great way to spend a Saturday in June, mark your calendar for June 13th from 11 to 4 at Red August Farm in Staunton.

Live music, great food, beautiful scenery, and a chance to help make a difference in the lives of local children.
