The Ronald McDonald House of Charlottesville is hosting its annual Freeze Your Socks Off 5K fun run and walk on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Darden Towe Park.
This chilly community event invites folks of all ages to run, walk, dance, and laugh their way around the course — all while raising funds to support families staying at the Ronald McDonald House during tough times. Registration options include an in-person walk/run or a virtual participation option so you can join from anywhere and still support the mission.
It’s a great way to kick off February with a healthy, happy, and heartfelt community challenge — plus you’ll score some fun striped socks and a feel-good story!
