Ruck the Ridge is an exciting new event to boost our local first-responder and military community! There are 4 & 8 mile loop options for individuals or teams, traversing the beautiful trails on the grounds of Blue Ridge School. Participants have the option to carry a weighted backpack on the course. Various obstacles along the route are an optional way to add to the challenge.
Participants and spectators of all ages can enjoy the FREE finish line festival. The RUCK FEST includes a family friendly obstacle course, live music, petting zoo, bounce houses, and vendor booths. Food trucks, a climbing wall, and face painting are available for an additional charge.

Proceeds benefit Living Free Together (LFT), a local veteran support non-profit. LFT provides workshops, emotional support, and a sense of community to military members, veterans, and their families.
