The Music Mosaic is performance held by the Monticello high school band department.
The Mosaic is a musical small group performance that is open to MHS students and staff (and their associates).
The piano and guitar class are producing the show.
Tickets cost three dollars for children and five dollars for adults. Five-year-olds and under get to attend for free.
All profits from the show will go towards funding new equipment for the band department.
They’re also asking you to “Shoe the Love” through June 1st! Help them raise funds for the band department by donating your gently worn, used and new shoes! Collected shoes not only help the band but also those in need. There are drop off boxes at Central Virginia Foot & Ankle Center and the Monticello HS Front Office.
- Donations can be shoes of ANY size and ANY type
- Matched pairs only (tie together or use provided rubber bands)
- Soles attached
- No holes/tears/breaks
- Dry and clean
- 25 pairs to fill a bag
Give to an MHS band student, put in the box in the MHS Main Office, or at The Central Virginia Foot and Ankle Laser Center on Peter Jefferson Parkway.
The Monticello HS Music Boosters get a donation for every pound collected.
