The Mineral City Carnival begins on Tuesday, July 4th, and ends on Saturday, July 8th. Rides, games, and food; fun for all ages. Unlimited riding armbands will be available every evening. Admission is $1.00 for everyone except children in strollers and being carried. Absolutely no alcohol or discourteous behavior is tolerated
