The Center at Belvedere will host “Create a Bird-Friendly Yard,” an in-person presentation by the Piedmont Master Gardeners.

Participants will learn how they can help reverse the rapid decline in songbird populations by creating a healthy landscape. Topics covered will include using keystone native plants for food year-round, planting in layers to provide shelter, removing invasive species, and tips for shrinking the lawn.

This program is free and open to all.
