Come celebrate the 59-year legacy of Buford Middle School!
Before Buford becomes Charlottesville Middle School this fall, the community is invited to a farewell festival at Buford on Saturday, May 3, from 10am-2pm. There will be food, games, music, and fun, with a special invitation to Buford alumni to walk the halls one last time.
Celebrate the legacy of Buford Middle School! Before we inaugurate Charlottesville Middle School this fall, Buford students, staff, family and alumni are invited to a community celebration with food, games, music, and fun, including:
- Buford-themed scavenger hunt
- Face-painting
- Barber shop
- Nail salon
- DJ music plus performances by Buford Jazz Band, the DND Dancers, and more
- Free food for all the kids, food truck options for the adults
- Foam party
- Community partners
- And more!
