Wow!  Working in the daylight is a switch!  I’m happy to be here rocking the middays from 10-3.

If I’m tired when I get on the air it’s because I woke up at 5 to go to the gym.  I’ve decided to turn a new leaf – I recently lost 30 pounds, hit the gym at least 4 times a week and take yoga classes.  I wish I could say I enjoy walking my dog, but the little spoiled brat won’t walk most of the time, so I have to put him in his stroller and take him to the dog park where I get to socialize with other dog parents while Miles searches for a lap to sit on.  I also enjoy watching “Jeopardy,” playing trivia, and reading spy novels.  I just adopted a lost Epiphone Les Paul guitar and hope to learn how to shred in the coming months.
