Zug Makes Official Announcement On Running For Clerk

A man who works in the prosecutor’s office in the county officially announced Friday that he’s running for Clerk of Albemarle Circuit Court. John Zug currently is an assistant Albemarle Commonwealth’s Attorney. Zug made the announcement at the Albemarle Circuit courthouse on Court Square. He says one idea he’s considering is joining forces with the city to make the court record system more efficient. The election will be held in November 2015.
