Young Boy Dies After He Was Shot In Orange County

A ten-year-old boy has died after a Sunday night shooting in Orange County. The Orange Sheriff’s Department says 36-year-old Tina Marie Toombs of Orange is charged with one count of felony child abuse and neglect. 37-year-old Billy Joe Lee of Orange faces a longer list of charges. They include felony child abuse and neglect, child endangerment,  shooting in the commission of a felony, and discharging a firearm within a dwelling with the death of an individual.
