Democrat Mark Warner (pictured) had his campaign staff drop off more than 15,000 signatures Tuesday at the State Board of Elections.  Warner’s campaign manager will be Eva Hardy, a retired executive at Dominion Virginia Power. He has also opened his first campaign office near his Alexandria home. Four Republicans are competing for their party’s nomination, which will be decided this June at a Roanoke convention.
