Virginians Will Get Special License For Fox Hunting On Horesback

The General Assembly has approved a special license for people who go fox hunting on horseback with hounds, but don’t carry a shotgun. Anyone who pays ten dollars for a special fox hunting license won’t need to take Virginia’s hunter education course. Both chambers have approved the legislation.
