Our region has several inches of new snow, and countless Virginians shivered their way through overnight temperatures in the single digits.  State Police say three people died in weather-related accidents during a 90-minute period on Monday. The victims are a 30-year-old man in Amelia County, a 35-year-old woman in Brunswick County, and an 18-year-old woman in Campbell County. Lou Hatter of VDOT says his agency will start working on secondary roads after the primary roads are clear.
