A bank branch located at a busy intersection will be closing. It’s the Union bank on the northwest corner of West Rio Road and 29 North. Union First Market has sent out a letter to customers stating that since the bank now owns Stellar One, there are some branches located too close together. As a result, the customers who use the Union First Market bank at Rio and 29 will be redirected to the branch in the Northtown Center. The Rio branch will close May 10th.
