Taylor Attorney Wants Trial Moved

Randy Allen Taylor’s lawyer wants to┬áchange the location of┬áthe trial. Taylor is scheduled to be tried May 1st on first-degree murder and abduction charges in the disappearance of Alexis Murphy. Taylor’s attorney has filed a motion seeking to move the court proceedings out of Nelson County. He claims the publicity has made it tough to find an impartial jury.
