Suspect Charged With Eight Burglaries In City

Charlottesville Police have charged a suspect with eight counts of breaking into homes in the city. Police say 20-year-old William Douglas Wells, Jr. (pictured) was arrested Wednesday. Wells is accused of residential burglaries at various locations over the past several months.
