State Police Investigate Fatal Crash In Nelson Earlier This Month

State Police are investigating a crash earlier this month that killed a man in Nelson County. The single-vehicle accident happened the night of August 5th on Route 6 in Nelson not far from Route 151. State Police say 33-year-old Christopher Clark of Faber died at the scene. Clark was a passenger in a car driven by 27-year-old Matthew Kennedy of Afton, who had serious injuries. Kennedy was charged with DUI. The car went out of control going around a curve and hit a tree.
