State Police Confirm Probe Involving Albemarle Circuit Court

State Police have confirmed investigators are looking into allegations against an employee who has worked for the Albemarle County Clerk of Circuit Court. Spokeswoman Corinne Geller says no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed.  Geller says the nature of the investigation and the target are not being released. She says any results from the investigation will be turned over to the Albemarle Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
