Some members of the Albemarle School Board have encouraged principals to eliminate catered meals on staff development days. The principal of Woodbrook Elementary School (pictured) has told the board she ordered out three times during the school year. Lisa Molinaro says these lunches are not fancy.  She says they might include a sandwich and a bag of chips, or a bagel and juice. The school board has been wrestling with a more than $ 2 million shortfall for the next academic year.
