Sierra Club Wants Pesticide Ban In City Parks

The local Sierra Club is urging city officials to stop using pesticides in public parks and school grounds. Retired educator John Cruickshank (pictured) has circulated petitions among city residents who support this cause. The City Manager’s office will investigate pesticide spraying and report back to City Council.
