A Lynchburg woman was killed in a collision Tuesday morning on 29 South in North Garden. 78-year-old Ethel Loretta Geoffroy of Lynchburg was the passenger in a truck going southbound on Monacan Trail when it was broadsided by a work vehicle coming out from Plank Road.
