It’s like something out of a child’s story book. A passerby heard a kitten meowing and spotted it on an I-95 pillar in downtown Richmond. The firefighter who saved the kitten from a ladder truck now plans to adopt the tiny feline as soon as it’s old enough to leave Richmond Animal Control.
