Retired Harvard Professor Critiques UVA Board Of Visitors

The governing board of the University of Virginia has something in common with the student body in the local schools. Both are getting evaluations. Retired Harvard University Professor Richard Chait compares the UVA Board of Visitors to good musicians who make mediocre music.
